Cancellation Policy

- Appointments must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule and serve all clients effectively.

- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This will allow us to offer your slot to another client in need of our services.

- To cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

- Clients failing to cancel within the specified timeframe or not showing up for their appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged a no-show fee of $1.

- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the inability to book future services.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within the penalty window due to an emergency, please contact us directly to discuss. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Offficial Ink Notary Service on a case-by-case basis.

 - Cancellation fees are non-refundable. However, if you reschedule your appointment rather than cancel, we may waive the cancellation fee as a one-time courtesy.

- In the rare event that Official Ink Notary must cancel a scheduled appointment, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
